Caitlyn Gass

Associate, Graphic Design

Caitlyn Gass brings a creative, multidisciplinary approach to MDR’s design work, supporting a range of visual projects across digital campaigns, publications, presentations, and social media.

A graduate of NSCAD University with a Bachelor of Design and a minor in Illustration, she has experience in layout and brand design, illustration, and UX/UI. Her previous work includes illustrating for Flaxmobile, a research initiative focused on material security in Nova Scotia, and supporting faculty-led design projects as a research assistant at NSCAD. She has also worked independently as a freelance illustrator, developing custom visuals tailored to client needs.

Caitlyn’s work is grounded in collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
