Allison is a seasoned graphic designer with extensive experience, seamlessly blending creative design expertise with strategic thinking. She’s worked with both dynamic start-ups and global giants like Lockheed Martin Canada, driving innovative visual solutions that bring brands to life. At MDR, she plays a pivotal role as the firm’s creative lead in managing and executing complex projects for clients in Canada and abroad.

Allison’s keen eye for design extends beyond aesthetics—she excels in shaping brand identities, from logo creation to comprehensive visual systems that resonate with target audiences. Her proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web development platforms, and UI/UX design principles has enabled organizations to align their branding efforts with broader business goals, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across all mediums. Whether it’s crafting user-friendly websites or designing compelling print materials, Allison knows how to make design an essential part of a company’s success.

Originally from Nova Scotia and now based in Ontario, Allison’s background in multimedia and graphic design is further enhanced by her educational journey, holding a BA from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax and an A.C.S. diploma in Multimedia from LaSalle Inter-Dec College in Montreal. Recently, she earned the ENVSP (Envision Sustainability Professional) designation from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in Washington, DC, further reinforcing her commitment to creating sustainable and impactful designs that benefit both businesses and communities.
