Arun Dixit is a dynamic and seasoned leader, currently serving as the Vice President, Digital Transformation & Corporate Operations at Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). With experience in cybersecurity, analytics, process transformation, strategy, and innovation, Arun is passionate about driving change and improving organizational efficiency.

Arun has worked in varied industry settings, both in the private and non-profit sectors, in roles that blend technology, process improvement, and data management. In his current role, he enjoys integrating technology into PEO’s processes, ensuring that the organization evolves in an increasingly digital world, for the betterment of staff, volunteers, Council, licence holders, and ultimately, the public.

A strong believer in continuous learning, and holds a Master of Engineering degree, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Certified Health Executive. Arun has been recognized with the Digital Transformation Award from IT World Canada and has published several articles on governance, cybersecurity and risk.
